About:China Customs Declaration

How much tax I need to pay in airport if I report more than one carton of cigarette to USA from Chin

As I know that only permit bring 200 cigarettes to American, if I want to bring more, how much tax I have to pay in airport ?

I remember that you can only take cigarettes less than 400 sticks in total. And you need to declare them at the custom. But I am not sure about the tax fee. You are suggested to consult the staff when you arriving there.
