how do I get from pudong international airport to holiday inn zhangbei?

not looking for taxi as its expensive

Do you mean holiday inn Express Zhabei? You can take metro line 2 to Century Avenue station, and transfer to metro line 4 to Shanghai Railway Station, then walk northwest around 800m to the hotel. It takes 1.5 hours with CNY7.
