Template for invitation letter?

Hello,

I am currently studying in China for the year and have a friend visiting me in a few months and is staying with me for part of the trip. I would like to write an invitation letter for that portion of the trip but cannot seem to find any invitation letter templates for China. Will anyone be able to give me details on what to include or advice? Thanks! :)
