About:China Visa Application Requirements

Any template of invitation letter? How can it consider a valid even we provided soft copy?

Is there signature or chop of company needed in order to take it as good?

Roy, there is no fixed format for the invitation letter. As long as the letter includes the applicant's information, the inviter's information, and information about the planned visit, the letter is OK. the soft copy is acceptable. If the letter is from a company, the common seal of the company should be stamped on the letter.
