About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Over stay 15days in china

Some body has 15days visa but they are stayed 30days what consequences faced in general

You need to pay a fine of no less than CNY 500 per day's overstay. Your next visa application is also likely to be refused but that's the problem you will have with the embassy.
