What are the conditions(requirement) for 26 years-Cambodian women to get Chinese visa?

As I want to visit Beijing next month by myself, but I heard from my friend that Cambodia woman who want to visit China alone requires many conditions; especially, they required to have at least USD20,000 in their bank account, and I don't have enough amount in my bank account. I got only around USD5,000, but I have job and study Master at Thailand right now, so can my profile help me to get Chinese visa or not?
