About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hong Kong by train to guilin and back to Hong Kong

Leave HKG Febr. 26 2020 to Guilin and leave Guilin Febr.29 to HKG LV hkg 10 PM for San Fran

That’s fine with a tourist (L) visa.

Thank you, why is this info not known by other travel agencies. Even a China tour Company tells me "NO" we can only come by flying out of HKG

When you obtain a Chinese tourist visa in advance, you are perfectly allowed to take a direct high speed train from Hong Kong to Guilin and from Guilin to Hong Kong. Some of the travel agencies probably get higher commission if they sell you a flight :)
