About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Am I eligible for Shanghai 144 visa waiver

We are flying from the UK to Singapore for 4 days then due to fly to SH for overnight stay in a hotel to get on a cruise the next day to Japan. We cruise around Japan for a week and then return to SH to fly back same day to the UK? Am I eligible for 144 visa waiver on arrival at the airport please?
