Will 2020 be a good year for finance and health?

I am a female metal monkey born March 28, 1980. I have never had good luck with career opportunities despite a LOT of education. I have also had increasing health problems with age. Particularly, the last two years have been almost unbearably difficult. Is there any relief on the horizon?
