About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Amsterdam,Shanghai, Taiwan, Amsterdam is it a feasible route for the transit visa?

If i am just staying a few hours in the airport of Taiwan .

The route qualifies. Its not a visa though its a transit without visa
