About:Li River

we intend to visit guilin and yangshuo beginning march 2020. Is it recommended weather wise?

will it be raining most of the time - so cannot enjoy any trips?

March and April are a good time to visit Guilin and you will see the best view of Li River. Even there is rainy days, it won't affect sightseeing too much.
