About:China Snow Town (Xuexiang)

Snowfall end of April / Beginning of May?

Hello! I am planning to go here and April/beginning of May. Is there a high chance on snow or is the chance really small?

Is the town still lively at that time?

The snow start to melt in February so there won't be snow at that time.
