does daxing airport offer the visa-free transit service for international passengers ?

I used this many times at Capital Airport, and it works very well.Now that the BA flight has moved to Daxing I need to know if this service is still available.

Thanks Camero. I successfully used the TWOV service desks at PKX on 12/1/20. The desks are to the far right as you enter the Immigration Hall.
