Transit visa while you have a M double entry visa

I have a double entry M visa. But if I go to Vietnam for holiday and then fly back to Shanghai and the day after fly to Sweden am I allowed to go for the 144-hour transit? After a week in Sweden I'm flying back to work in Shanghai and will then use my second entry.
