About:China Visa Application in UK

China work visa

Hi i am a British Citizen from UK and work Self Employed as an Electrical Technician and i have a contract approaching China in a couple months time. The contract will last approx 4 weeks and be completed. I should receive a letter of invitation from the employer from china and then plan to start the visa process. Any help?? This should be pretty straightforward i imagine? The China embassy would deal with all this for me?

Phil, you should ask the company to get a work permit for you first and then apply for the work visa at the China Visa Application Service Center in UK.
