About:China Museum of Huaiyang Cuisine

Can my family come with me on business trip?

I have just returned from a business trip and will be going again in April. This time it is a longer trip (3 months) and I am wanting to bring my family (spouse and kids).

Can I do so, and what visa would they require?

I note a family visa for those with a permanent residency permit - is that required before they can come?

Stuart, what type of visa do you have for the second trip? If it's a work Z visa, your wife and kids can apply for S visa. If not, they need to apply for business M visa with the invitation letter from the business partner in China or simply a tourist visa.

I will be on a business visa.

Can they apply for a business visa also? Getting their names on the letter of invitation shouldn't be a problem.
