Z Visa

I heard that when calculating the score for qualifying for the visa you get more points for being a former Chinese national? Is this true?
Also heard that the two year work experience requirement is nullified if you score 60 or something on the questionaire. Is this true?

If you are a former Chinese national, you can win the full score of 5 points in the section regarding Chinese language level. For other sections, you don't have obvious advantages.
