What visa do we need?

Sailing from Singapore on 16 April 2020 and visiting (in order) Koh Samui, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hong Kong, Taipei, Nagasaki and Busan and ending in Shanghai on 2 May 2020. We transfer to a hotel and leave Shanghai by air the following day.
What visa do we need? - if any and could you please tell us where the cruise ship - the Sapphire Princess - will dock.
