About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

regarding transit visa to shanghai

Hi,
i am German
i will fly on January 14th from Dubai to shanghai.
then 17th of January from shanghai to Hong Kong
then 19th of January from Hong Kong to Dubai.
144-hours visa-free from Shanghai is OK or not ?

As long as those flights are non-stop it qualifies. Hong Kong is treated as a third country under the visa free transit
