Can a permanent Us resident(Green Card Holder) an Indian citizen holding a valid indian Passport

for next 2months 20 days with confirmed one wAy tickets from Sanfrancisco to Delhi via Guangzhou fly through Guangzhou without a transit visa.

Residency is irrelevant. Only passport counts. You must have 3 months validity on your passport to transit without visa.
