About:Overstaying in China & Penalty
Me and my husband are in China on Student's visa. In November my baby came along with me.
His visa was issued on 29 0ctober and it will be expired on 29 january but it was also written that we should apply for the residence permit within 30 days. It was a huge misunderstanding and we thought that visa will be expired on 29 january. But now authorities said that you have to pay a heavy fine. Is there any condition by which we can sapre from that heavy fine.?
