About:Top 10 Mistakes to Avoid in Completing a Chinese Visa Application Form

Lost record of previous Chinese Visas

Part of the application requires information from your most recent Chinese Visa but it was in my old passport which I returned upon getting my new passport, so I don't have the information about it. The application form will not let me proceed, so is it ok if I just select "no" for previous visas and explain the situation at the application service centre?

Yes, I think it's ok. Or you can fill in a rough date for your previous visit.
