About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Cruise stop at Shekhou for Shenzhen

We stop at Shekhou port for 9 hours to visit Shenzhen, we depart Singapore before Shekhou and go to Hong Kong next stop.
We are British passport holders, does this qualify for 24 hour TWOV

24 TWOV is not available at Shenzhen for transits to Hong Kong.
