Hlo I have nepali passport. But I have thai work permit . Cal I apply tourist visa for Hong Kong?

Hlo I have nepali passport. But I am working in Thailand. I have thai work permit. Can I apply tourist visa for Hong Kong?? What documents are required for it?? How long it take for visa approval??? I stay in Phuket. So can l apply for Hong Kong visa from phuket?? Or I need to go bangkok?
Please let me know.

You can call 0066-76-304180 to see if the consular office in Phuket can handle your HK visa application. If not, you can send the documents to HK Immigration Department by yourself. It normally takes about one month for visa arrival. The documents may include your passport, application form, photo, round-trip transportation arrangements, hotel bookings, and a financial standing proof.

Can I apply from Chinese embassy bangkok ??? If not then please help me . How to start my document process to send Hong Kong Immgreation... you know I was also thinking that I will apply from any visa agency or agent. Is good or not? Please help me.
