About:Shanghai 15-day Visa-free Policy for Cruise Tour Groups

Planning a cruise February 1 -15, Hong Kong to Shanghai, do I qualify for 15 day visa free?

Where does the cruise go? Is this the one that continues to Japan after visiting a few Chinese ports? If so you need to be received in Shanghai by approved Chinese tour agency (like travel china guide) on a group tour
