Can I make a Chinese visa type z in Italy?

I'm Russian and will travelling in Italy with schengen visa. Can I open in Milan Chinese z visa for 3 months with 1 entrance. If I will have all documents for this kind of visa? Also with Chinese inventions for job.

Yes, you can have a try at the China Visa Application Service Center in Milan.
