About:Requirements for Permanent Residence Permit

proof of no criminial record..?

I am an American .... have been married and living in china for more than five years.. my wife has a house ... and I have my retirement pension from the US... on the proof of no criminal record.. which law enforcement agency do I need to get that from.... locally in the USA or the FBi... and do I need to have it authenticated by the Chinese consulate in the US..?

As far as I know, you need to get this no criminal record from the FBI. You need to have it authenticated by the Chinese consulate in the US before using it in China.
