Residence and work permits
Hello!
I know a friend who's been in China with a Z visa since November 11th. The Visa says that the school needs to apply for residence card and work permit within 30 days after entry. Since then, none of these cards has been ready. Does that mean she's illegally staying in the country? How can she check if the school already applied for the residence card and work permit or not?
