permit expiry date is march 2020 can I bring my kids over on s2 visa?

Hi there, I am a south africa citizen working on a z-visa. My permit expiry date is march 2020 because the school licence is expiring on the same date. Can I bring my kids over on L visas and change here in China?
they will enter first week february

It's not very possible to change your kids L visa to S2 visa because your residence permit is expiring soon.
