About:Chinese Paper-cut Museum

Toronto Beijing Seoul (Iranian citizen)

I am Iranian citizen and a permanent resident of Canada, I am planing to travel from Toronto to Seoul with a connecting flight in Beijing. Am I eligible for 24 hr visa free transit ? I am asking this since apparently there are some restrictions for Iranian citizens.
