Applying for a Chinese Type L visa while having a short stay in the Netherlands
I am a retiree and will exit KSA on 29 Mar 2020. I have a booked tour in China on July 8, 2020. Applying for visa here in Jeddah is too early considering the duration between my exit date and the tour date. Can I instead apply for Chinese visa while staying in the Netherlands from April to June?
