About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Does the following qualify for 144 hr Visa please.

Flight is from Australia with 1 hr transit in Hong Kong, then to Shanghai. From Shanghai to Delhi 2 days later.

HK - Shanghai - Dehli qualifies you for the 144h twov (it's not a visa, please keep that in mind).
