About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Is it possible to change my spouse S2 visa to resident permit.

I am studnet in China upto june,2020. My spouse got S2 visa, is it possible to convert to resident permit?

That is up to the local National Immigration Administration office. Apparently you can do it in some places but other places will require your spouse to hold an S1 visa.
