About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Multiple entry into Beijing

Hi I hold a Singapore passport. I am flying Singapore to Beijing and two days later Beijing to London on a separate ticket. Two weeks later I am flying back London to Beijing and three days later Beijing to Singapore. ( two different return flights on two separate airlines).

As I can enter China visa free for 15 days, do I need to apply for the 144 hr transit visa?

Secondly, if I enter China visa free on my Singapore passport can I enter again two weeks later visa free?

Thank you in advance!

Azmi, you can do everything you have mentioned absolutely visa free and you are definitely allowed to return back again two weeks later visa free. Singaporean citizens are allowed to stay visa free in China for up to 15 days visa free and you are allowed to exit from China and literally return the day after if you want. By the way, when you land in Beijing, you don't have to bother with these visa free staff because you simply don't need them.

Wow thanks. Now I am more confident of having a few days off in Beijing before heading off to London in Nov 2020.

Appreciate the quick response!
