About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Traveling to france from philippines

I have booked a flight to france and i need to transit to guangzhou for 10 hours. Am i eligible for the 24hours transit free and do i need ko apply for that. I yes where? Thank you.

Louie, your itinerary is definitely eligible for 24 hour visa free transit and you don't need any kind of visa.

You will print out your flight tickets and have those printouts with you. Also, you will declare in the Philippines that you will travel to France via Guangzhou using 24 hour visa free transit. After a short inspection of your tickets, you will be allowed to board the plane.

Upon arrival in Guangzhou, you will approach 24 hour visa free transit counter where you will apply for a temporary entry permit if the airline has assigned you a free accommodation. If you are traveling on a single ticket with China Southern, this is probably the case. This permit will be granted to you with high probability to allow you to exit the airport and to enjoy your accommodation.
