About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Ho Chi Minh - Guangzhou - Bangkok

It seems like flying this way, I'll be eligible for the 144-h transit. However, do I need to have a boarding pass for my Guangzhou-Bangkok flight? Or showing printed booking confirmation will be enough?

A printout of your itinerary with the ticket number will suffice. The picture of boarding passes is confusing but there is no better illustration for a printout of an email or a web page I guess.
