Is it true Ice Festival only starts around mid January? If we come from 27 Dec until 3 Jan, will we be able to experience the Ice Festival? Thank you in advance.

It is Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival and people can go to Ice Snow World where you can appreciate many wonderful snow sculptures and play rides. This festival usually begins from the end of December.
