About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

I am flying to bejing capital airport and out of Beijing Daxing airport

and I have just found out that my flight stops for one hour at Hangzhou for about an hour an a half. Can I still get the 144 hour visa exemption in Beijing?

You cannot. You need a tourist (L) visa or different flights. Two consecutive stops in different transit regions immediately limits you to 24 hours transit without visa.
