About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Double transits

I am flying Helsinki-Shanghai-Kuala Lumpor with a stay over in Shanghai and two weeks later I have the opposite route Kuala Lumpor-Shanghai-Helsinki and a planned stay over in Shanghai. Is the exception valid in this scenario?
