Double Entry China VISA ---> Multple Entry VISA ?

Hi,
I was born in Indonesia. My family were considered as Chinese Citizenship. But we did not hold China Passport
because Indonesia and China did not diplomatic relationship at that time.My parents were born in China, he migrated to Indonesia 80 yeas ago. Currently I hold Australian Passport
I became Indonesian Citizenship when I was 23 y.o.
My questions are :
1. Can I apply 5 or 2 Year - Multiple VISA ?
2. Can Apply changing my Double Entry Visa (getting from China Consulate) to becoming : Multiple Entry Visa at China ( after I enter China with Double Entry Visa)

Sorry, 2 or 5 year multiple-entry visa is not available to Australian passport holders currently.
After you enter China, it's almost impossible to change the double entry visa to multiple entry visa. If you have some direct Chinese relatives in China, I advise you to apply for a Q1 visa.
