Residence Permit Extraction Time in Nanning, Guangxi

Hey there, I have a Z-visa for entering China. I will work as a foreign teacher for one year.
I know that I must apply for a residence permit within 30 days from entering China.
Please,
What are the required documents for applying to a residence permit in Nanning, Guangxi?
Also, How long does it take from submitting the documents until getting the passport back with a valid residence permit?

4. Registration Form of Temporary Accommodation
5. Work Permit

It normally takes 10 working days.
