About:China Visa

Booking an exist for same day as visa exiration- ok/not?

I have booked a ticket that will get me out of China on the same date as expiration date. It expires on 30th July, booked the exit ticket for 29th but wont be able to leave mainland China till 30th. Please guide if this is ok or not..or do I have to change my ticket? PLEASE answer ASAP, thankyou!

Fatim, please don't be worried. It's ok as long as you leave before 00:00 of July 30.

Sorry, but what if there are delays that may cause me to leave on 31st. Would it be my fault even though my ticket says exit on 30th.

If so, you can go to the local Exit and Entry Admistration Bureau, explain the situation to the officer, and apply for a short extension.
