About:Visa on Arrival

Hi....Indian Passport holder working and staying in HK for 6 years....can i get a SZ VOA ?

If I get my HK permanent resident card will it make a difference ?

Unfortunately, it is the citizenship that matters. As an Indian citizens, you are not eligible for a Shenzhen VOA. You have to obtain a Chinese visa at CVASC or CTS. Your HKID could help you to get a longer, multiple entry visa to be allowed to travel more often to mainland China and not to be limited just to Shenzhen city boundaries. Anyway, it is up to Chinese authorities what will they decide in each particular case.
