About:China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Is there any other way

Hi, I got married with my wife (Chinese citizen) 1 year plus ago nearing 2. Worrying thing for me is that as she's from a single parent family, her mom is staying alone in China and age near 60. Is there any other way for me to obtain PR so that it we can relocate to China to take care of her mom as our current residence country is pretty far from China and couldn't get a PR status for her mom here.

Andy, it's very hard to apply for Chinese PR, but you have another option. Just apply for a Q1 visa and get a temporary residence permit. It also allows you to stay for a long time in China.
