About:Top 8 Reasons Why Your China Visa Gets Rejected

Multiple entry buisness visa

Hi, I'm currently trying to help set up a business here in china with a Chinese buisnes partner. Today I was told from a different visa company that buisness visas are only for 30days and would have to reapply each time. Is that right? Can I not get multiple entry over a few years that can be 60 or 90 days exit and enter kind of set up.

Steven, UK citizens can get a multiple-entry China visa for the validity of one year, two years, five years, or even 10 years. And each stay duration after entry can be more than 30 days, but this is not absolute. The consular officers will make decisions on a case-by-case basis.

Okay Gerry thankyou. I heard it would be quite difficult to get a multiple entry 90days buisness visa. Is that the case?
Or is everything taken int account fairly.
I am buisness partners with a Chinese guy and I often have to fly back and forth to descuss things and sit in meetings ect..
It's not working as such it's socialising with potential customers and going to trade related events ect. Each stay is quite un determined due to the fact that the business is new and lots of unplanned meetings events and trips.
What do you think the chances would be of getting the maximum duration.
