is there shuttle bus or train service from LHW to Lanmei Boutique Hotel West Station Branch?

Yes, you can take shuttle bus line 3 and get off at Liujiaying Shizi station, and walk north around 500m to this hotel. It takes around 1.5 hours with CNY30.
