Taxi from airport to Wangfujing - 3A plus 2 teenagers

Hi, we will be arriving at Beijing around midnight and the tricky thing is we have a grandma and 2 teenagers(11/12 yrs), making us 5 pax. Will the taxi at taxi queue allow us? We also have 2 standard check in luggage. Will it also be around CNY100~CNY130?
