About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Will I be given a visa if I fly from USA - Shanghai - Canada

Flight 1:

Seattle to Shanghai ( Layover in Vancouver )
Shanghai to Vancouver (Non-stop)
Vancouver to Seattle (Non-stop)

Canada - China - Canada is not a transit. it's a visit and you need a visa in advance or change your flights.

Btw. the TWOV is NOT a visa. it's a visa free transit but in your case you're not eligible for it.
