About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I visit hong kong for a day when have a 144hr TWOV fron Shenzhen

I am travelling from UK to Manila and back via Shenzhen and hope to get Twov 144hrs. Question is
Can I go to Hong Kong for a day during this time

You would need a confirmed ticket to Hong Kong when you check-in in UK. You will also need a visa or VOA (which is not free) or a flight to Guangzhou to allow you to return to Shenzhen from Hong Kong. For one day, it's not worth it.

By the way, you should be aware of the fact that you are not allowed to use Shenzhen airport for transits to Hong Kong if your departure to Hong Kong is less than 24 hours from your scheduled arrival in Shenzhen. In other words, you cannot use 24 hour visa free transit for that purpose when traveling through Shenzhen airport.
