Is there a short term chinese visa to cover cruise visits?

I am due to fly to Hong Kong in June 2020 to spend 2 nights at a hotel, then transfer to NCL ship for a third night in Port before setting off on a cruise to Japan, calling at Shanghai for 2 nights ( on board the ship ). All other destinations are in Japan, flying back from Tokio.
